Tips for Pregnant Women

Early in the morning, one of my friend message me that she, during her early stage of prengancy. She had a hard time in the morning as she always easy to vomit and dizzy, sometimes can go for serious headache. This is so call “Morning Sickness”.

It’s not unusual to have at least one symptom during pregnancy. Headaches are the most common symtom during pregnancy. Before you decide to take any medication, please make sure yourself to get the consult and advice from the doctor first.

And here, some simple tips for all the pregnant women:-

  1. Get up slowly in the morning. You may lay a side on your bed for a while then only sit on the side of the bed for a few minutes.
  2. Eat dry toast or crackers when you wake up in the morning. If you can accept milk, then you can have a cup of it. As my friend, she can’t have milk as the milk is the main source that make her vomit every morning.
  3. Try not to let your stomach get completely empty. Eat at least 5 to 6 small meals a day.
  4. if you feel nauseous, don’t drink citrus juice, coffee or tea.
  5. Avoid unplesant smells. So if you husband is a smoker, try to get him away from you early in the morning for a while as I know is hard to ask a man to stop smoking.

  1. What if the husband is extremely flatulent and forces the covers over your head each morning?

  2. I think the husband is too love the wife or too excited to have a kid in the future until he choose this action to show the love and care to the wife.
